My therapeutic work utilizes body-centered practices such as somatic inquiry, physical alignment, breath, and relaxation. As a yoga therapist, I believe, and have witnessed, that our bodies are gateways to facilitate integration and healing of physical, emotional or psycho-spiritual pain -- whether you have a fully functioning body, or live with a physical disability or chronic illness.
